DEVICE RETURN INFORMATION
1.) If you have a P.S. 41 device, it will have to be returned when the student comes back to school (or hang onto it if we continue remote learning.)

2) If you have a DOE issued device, you will have to hold it. Your student may need it for September. 

3) If you are moving out of NYC and need to return the device, you will have to call the DOE at 718-935-5100 and request a pick up using their courier Deluxe Vendor Service. You will need to provide the DOE with the following information.
  • Student's Name
  • Student's OSIS Number
  • Address where the device can be picked up
  • Asset tag number located on the device.
  • Tracking number they used to deliver the device- if possible. 
4) If you are moving out of our school/ district/ state/ city etc and you have a P.S. 41 issued device to returnthe parent should contact Ms. Blake to schedule a date and time to drop off the device by emailing her at kblake11@schools.nyc.gov

Fun Field Trips



ALL NYC DOE SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS  (COVID-19). SCHOOL WILL REMAIN CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.

TO REQUEST A TECHNOLOGY DEVICE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION- CLICK THIS LINK BELOW: 



Free meal delivery service if any of our the 41 families are unable to go out and get food during this time. The link is below.


It allows families to get 4 meals per person per household every 2 days if they qualify.

Beginning Friday, April 3rd, the school food hubs will also distribute grab-and-go meals for adults. (See specific times below.)

 

Visit the NYC DOE website to search for a food hub and see menus, and visit CFA for an interactive map and full list of food hubs. (Please note: The food hubs may change over time. We will keep the list updated.) Or text "FOOD" or "COMIDA" to 877-877.

  • Meals are served from 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
    • 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM to children and families
    • 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM to adults 
  • No registration, ID, or documentation is needed.
  • Three meals are provided regardless of time of service.
  • Parents and guardians can retrieve meals for their children, who do not need to be present.

Families with disabled students with mobility limitations will have meals delivered through a special arrangement made between DOE and DoorDash.
